Great value for money! This place is super charming and totally relaxing, with a really friendly staff who helped with the reservation. The rooms are huge and have a nice terrace, a fan, and even a separate bedroom. 🌟

The Hotel is situated conveniently in the middle of the small town of Triberg on the main street. They have a new Spa Wellness Center facility, which is one of the best I have been to anywhere in the world. The Hotel Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accomodate our every need. Would highl recommend this property for a relaxing stay in the Black Forest.
The beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Hotel could stand to have a bbc or cnn for English speaking guests to catch up on World News.

The hotel is perfectly clean and grand, with a great view over the town. The staff at the spa and reception desk are amazingly nice, and the room is new-fashioned and tastefully decorated. The interior design is nice, and the location is next to the park with waterfalls and multiple shops, as well as other main attractions in Triberg. For tea or coffee, Ketterer am Kurgarten nearby is recommended.

Truly enjoyed very good and polite staff and spacious hotel.
Could be great for weekend trip. The location was magnificent, new-fashioned rooms and a fabulous hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and an electronic key card. Location: the venue was close enough to the waterfall and clock shops, and the park area. Spent a nice evening at Skyline Restaurant, located close to the venue. The private parking was onsite, good service.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. the staff were very good. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. the room was immaculately clean and fantastic with a lovely view. the twin bed and ample bathroom were more than enough for the trip. Having a hairdryer, terrycloth bathrobes, and towels was a bonus. the location was great and beautiful for walking around a high waterfall.

An enchanting old-world hotel in the city center. Our room was spacious and the bed very, very comfortable. The bathroom was very nicely appointed with a spacious shower with numerous shower heads. Although we did not use it, the hotel has a well-known spa. Many local restaurants were within a 1 to 5 minute walk. A beautiful waterfall was only two blocks away (all up hill). Shopping ranged from tourist kitch to high end shoes and clothing. This is where I found my cuckoo clock. It was a very short drive to a beautiful hill top area with wonderful hiking paths.
As with most of Germany. And perhaps Europe, the hotel was not very disabled friendly - no elevator and no rooms on the lowest level/floor.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The prices are very good and include a delicious breakfast with many selections. The staff provide excellent service and are attentive to every detail. The rooms have a great view over the town, even with opened windows. The location in the center of town is convenient, and despite being near a church with loud bells starting at 6am, it adds to the charm.
All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The Hotel looked nice and attractive from the outside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating For the cost I believe you will go far to get the same for your Money. For Example we paid double compared to Park at the Marniwiek Airport Hotel you have to pay for everything except the transfers which is 5 Minutes from the Hotel. We had to pick up our bags and take then to our rooms without ant assistance from the hotel. In the morning we fetch a trolly and take our bags to the breakfast room without any assistance. We have been on an extensive boat trik thus we had 2 large Cases and Two small cases the girl at the reception carried my case up two flight of stairs and assisted to bring them down The hotel do not have a lift So I can only say well done.
Only no lift

Beautiful historic building in BlackmForest area. Englishnspeaking staff very helpful. Large room and bathroom.
Internet service did not work in the room and was spotty in public areas. Staff apologized but did nothing to fix it....said their IT person was on holiday and there was nothing they could do. Some sort of aknowledgement of our inconvenience would have been nice.

We were in an annexe in the garden area of the hotel. It was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was ample and the staff friendly. I liked the traditional costumes that they wore. The hotel was very central in the town and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely visit the hotel again.
I would have liked a bath as well as the shower- two showers, in fact, but that was a minor inconvenience.
